OshKosh B’gosh
Next Gen Icons NY

A mobile retail experience that brought first-day style, self-expression, and family engagement directly to the streets of New York City.
Built around the anticipation of the first day of school, the activation gave families a new way to engage with the collection while reflecting on how they wanted to enter the school year.
Shopping, music, play, prizes, and personal affirmations came together in a street-level experience designed to make children feel seen, celebrated, and ready for what came next.

Project Story
a mobile Boutique for the next generation
We converted a school bus into a custom fully operational OshKosh B’gosh boutique, using branded fixtures and product displays to create a complete retail journey within a compact mobile environment. Guests could move from browsing and trying on pieces to receiving recommendations and placing an order without leaving the activation. The surrounding programming gave the footprint its social rhythm.
A live DJ and games corner attracted families from the street, while recurring raffles created new moments of anticipation throughout the day. At the photo wall, children paired their portraits with words such as confidence, bravery, kindness, and creativity, gradually building a shared display of first-day intentions. The result was a mobile retail environment that supported product discovery and purchase while making confidence, creativity, kindness, and fun part of the brand experience.
It has been nothing short of greatness working with Agency 3-2.
From quick turnarounds with short timelines, kid's moments, and content shoots, they have never under-delivered and always exceeded expectations. It has been a pleasure working with the team, and I am excited about the future to come.
