Nails & Grails

A salon takeover that brought the Women’s Air Jordan 1 High OG “Nails and Grails” into a world of nail artistry, jewelry customization, photography, music, and Atlanta women’s culture.
On August 22, we transformed a Buckhead nail salon into an intimate Jordan Brand experience celebrating the intersection of sneakers, beauty, and personal style.
The event brought two audiences through the space in dedicated sessions. Local high school girls basketball players experienced the activation first, followed by a group of Atlanta women creators and influencers. Across both sessions, personalized jewelry, editorial hand photography, premium product, music, floral design, hospitality, and conversation gave the upcoming Air Jordan 1 release a world of its own.

Project Story
Where Nails
Met Grails
The Air Jordan 1 “Nails and Grails” already carried a clear point of view. Glossy red patent leather, soft pink, and metallic details connected the visual language of a fresh manicure with the heritage of the AJ1.
Our job was to build the world around it. We turned an Atlanta nail salon into a space where sneakers, nails, jewelry, photography, and music could naturally exist together, then invited two communities into that world: young women building their relationship with basketball culture and Atlanta women already influencing how style moves through the city.
Floral installations, premium finishes, Jordan Brand details, and intentional product placement created an environment that felt feminine without becoming predictable. The space allowed the sneaker to live naturally alongside beauty, jewelry, and conversation.
By giving each of those elements its own place inside the experience, Jordan Brand turned a product release into something more personal: a celebration of how women participate in sneaker culture on their own terms.
It has been nothing short of greatness working with Agency 3-2.
From quick turnarounds with short timelines, kid's moments, and content shoots, they have never under-delivered and always exceeded expectations. It has been a pleasure working with the team, and I am excited about the future to come.
