Carter's
Rewards Week

A family-friendly retail customization experience that turned Carter’s everyday essentials into personalized pieces through live patch application.
For Carter’s Rewards Week, we created a custom patch bar designed to make personalization easy for families across two activations, one in Atlanta the other in Frisco (Texas).
Guests selected from a curated assortment of playful graphics and applied them to purchased Carter’s apparel, including onesies, denim, and coordinated kidswear. The experience added a hands-on layer to the retail journey while keeping the product comfortable, practical, and unmistakably Carter’s.

Customization
with Plenty of
Personality
Carter’s product is built around everyday wear, so the customization needed to complement that simplicity rather than compete with it.
We designed a patch system that gave families enough creative choice to make each piece feel personal without turning the experience into a complicated design exercise. Guests could choose from stars, playful illustrations, overalls-inspired graphics, and child-focused motifs before seeing those selections applied directly to the apparel they had purchased.
Parents could move through the process quickly, while kids still had a clear role in choosing how their clothing would look. That shared decision-making made the customization feel participatory without slowing down the broader shopping journey.
The live application gave families an immediate sense of transformation, turning a standard retail purchase into something finished specifically for them before they left the experience.
It has been nothing short of greatness working with Agency 3-2.
From quick turnarounds with short timelines, kid's moments, and content shoots, they have never under-delivered and always exceeded expectations. It has been a pleasure working with the team, and I am excited about the future to come.
