Generational Greatness, Nashville
For Jordan Brand and Hibbett, bringing Generational Greatness to Nashville was about more than market presence. It was about building an experience that could carry a national campaign into a local setting with credibility, relevance, and emotional weight.
Agency 3-2 led the activation across strategy, talent, community partnership, design, programming, and live execution. Working alongside O.N.E The Duo and Notes4Notes, the team developed a program that placed emerging young women at the center of an experience shaped by music, style, and creative expression.
Ten participants moved through a VIP experience that included a Jordan styling suite with Amadi Brooks, an album cover photo shoot, a writing session with O.N.E The Duo, and a live showcase at Analog inside the Hutton Hotel. Hibbett contributed $25,000 to Notes4Notes, helping support its mission to expand access to music education, studio resources, and mentorship for young creators.

Every part of the program was built to bring the campaign to life through participation. Product, narrative, and environment worked together to create an experience that felt personal, immersive, and specific to the community it was designed to engage.
From brief to live, the activation came together in one month and required precision across multiple stakeholders, production variables, and live audience dynamics. When turnout surpassed product allocation, Agency 3-2 responded in real time by sourcing additional inventory across multiple stores and protecting the integrity of the guest experience.
The final result was a market-specific expression of Generational Greatness that deepened the campaign’s connection to Nashville and showed how strong creative direction, paired with operational discipline, can produce lasting brand relevance.
